            This is a tiny book of about 4-5” x 3-4”.  It is easy reading of a spiritual nature.  It is a gathering of White Eagle’s sayings.  It is 96 pages long, divided into nine short chapters with his sayings listed in short to long paragraphs.

The sayings are chosen to give guidance and help with problems and experiences of daily life.  The chapters are divided by the qualities that a soul or person should strive for and given help in reaching.

The chapters are as follows:

The Master Soul Is Constant:

IS Gentle, Loving, Kind

Is Tolerant

Is Calm, Quiet, and Steady

Is Strong to Serve

Is Wise in Speech and Action

Is a Tower of Strength and Light

Bears No Resentment

Is Patient, Trusting in God’s Goodness and His Perfect Plan

I find the book’s sayings and wisdom very uplifting and helpful.  One can open the book to a certain chapter or just open it at random for a wise saying.  I enjoy the book very much.  The short paragraphs with the small size of the book make it easy and handy to use for the reader
